Complex simplicity

In order to connect two computers, I spent the good part of one and a half hours attempting this theoretically simple task. I unfortunately and eventually attempted to do this through a router (do not ask why) and after I had untangled myself from the multitude of cords, I paused to think: how can it be so difficult just to connect two computers?

Apologies for not posting recently; I’ve been capped. Which brings me to my point: why should people have to pay to communicate with otheres? We have to pay for internet, telephone, fax, etc.

Oil’s well ends well

Oil is going to run out. That is a fact that was cannot avoid or deny. Although it appears to have lost its former glory to more ‘chic’ news stories, such as global warming, the U.S presidential election and what Paris Hilton is going to eat for dinner tonight, it is the most pressing issue facing humanity today.
